Multi-Piano Duet Festival

This past Saturday was a musical day for our family... While Evan was busy rehearsing for his honor band concert in Storm Lake, Jenna, Luke, & Kara were playing in a Multi-Piano Duet Festival at Northwestern College in Orange City. It was a really neat experience, and something totally different from anything they've ever done before!

Colorado Road Trip

Our kids had a few days off from school for the annual teachers’ convention, and during that time we headed west to visit our Colorado family. We had so much fun making memories with them! :)

Honor Band

A few weeks ago Evan tried out for our area's grade school honor band. He's been working on the music and scales all summer, and did a great job on his audition! He enjoyed spending time with these hard-working musicians from our Hull school, and they even managed to have some fun in spite of the fact that it was a long, stressful day! :)
